Refund and Returns Policy

As DNL Enterprises provides service-based textile finishing, our return and refund guidelines apply as follows:

Service Returns

Since finishing services are performed on client-provided materials, returns are not applicable once the service is completed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued when:

  • A service has not yet been started

  • There is an error attributable solely to our process, validated through inspection

Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate material specifications

  • Ensuring fabric suitability before processing
